• Genetic Health Guarantee: We provide a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic disorders from the date of purchase.

• Infectious Diseases: We guarantee that your kitten will be free from infectious diseases (e.g., Feline Leukemia, FIV, and FIP) for 30 days after purchase, provided the kitten is kept in a safe and stress-free environment.

2. Requirements to Activate the Guarantee

To qualify for the health guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The kitten must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.

• The kitten must receive all recommended vaccinations and routine veterinary care as outlined in the provided health record.

• The kitten must not be exposed to other cats or environments that could compromise its health during the guarantee period.

• Any health concerns must be reported to us immediately, and a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian must be provided.

3. What is Covered

• Keep the kitten indoors and away from unvaccinated animals.

• Schedule and maintain regular veterinary check-ups and vaccinations.

6. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your kitten has a covered condition, please follow these steps:

1. Notify us immediately by email or phone.

2. Provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian, including test results and medical records.

3. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

• havensbengals is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred after the kitten leaves our care, except as outlined in this guarantee.

• The maximum liability under this guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the kitten.

8. Contract Agreement
